|Recommended: YesComparison — My wife and I relocated 3 years ago from Southern California. Six weekends were dedicated to visiting and walking through numerous apartments. Amador lakes wasn't even on our list, we accidently came across the property instantly feeling the desire to make our home. I am a UPS driver and have seen every apartments Condo from Walnut Creek to Pleasanton to Livermore, none of facilities come close in regards to cleanliness, appearance and is due to the staff, hard working and professional maintenance crew and landscaping crew.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Community to live with family — So far we love our stay in the community. It is nicely maintained and the residents are respectful of each other. The only thing I would like to bring attention to is the cleanliness of the lakes. As a resident who lives in a lakefront apartment I have no idea when the lakes are cleaned, there's visible algae bloom which makes the lake shores look very dirty. I hope the Apartment Management will take this review seriously to look in to the current condition of the lakes and share the plan of keeping it clean with the residents so we are well informed.

|Recommended: YesNew Tenant — The grounds are beautiful and the apartment is layed out open and spacious. The bath tubs showers should have been cleaner, but everything else was in great shape upon move in.

|Recommended: YesWe are HAPPY Amador Lakes — We have been living in Amador Lakes for about a year now, and our experience has been a pleasant one The atmosphere in general is peaceful, we feel safe, and our unit provides everything we need to feel at home. Definitely will be renewing our lease.

|Recommended: YesAppliances — The appliances are not energy efficient. Even very minimal usage results in very high electricity bill. PG E bills in this apartment is more than twice what we used to pay in Parkwood apartments where we used to reside before.

|Recommended: YesAmador Lakes Apartments — Living here is like residing in a park. There is an abundance of trees, and many different species. Dogs are welcome, and there are many walking areas. The ponds and fountains add a parklike feel. The pools are clean and inviting., There is maintenance daily, weekly, and monthly, keeping the large and beautiful grounds in really nice condition.
